I will work closely with Dr. Gary & his wife Soyoung (she is in the Clinic Manager) to ensure easeful scheduling & coordinate the best support for you during you healing journey. I have been referring to Dr. Gary for nearly 15 years & I hold his Sasang Korean style of acupuncture & him in high regard.

​Your appointment's length of time begins when you get on my table/we begin your treatment session. I do Not charge for getting acquainted/intake time because I hate to feel rushed & I want thorough communication about your needs/goals for the session. I want you to get off my table feeling that your goals were fully met or exceeded. In my experience, most people's bodies & neurological systems need over an hour in which to calm & unwind in order to deeply integrate the benefits of a therapeutic, relaxing treatment.
Please choose the length of appointment that best supports your needs. My rates reflect the value of my experience, expertise & effectiveness -- I do Not encourage tipping.

Structural Massage
75 minutes (1.25-hour) $150
90 minutes (1.5-hour) $180
105 minutes (1.75-hour) $210
120 minutes (2-hour) $240


My "typical" session is a Structural Massage where I work all four sides of a client's body &/or the belly/abdomen, so sufficient, unrushed time is necessary for this full-body, unifying style. Nearly all my clients who are seeking full-body therapy & relaxation book a 1.5-hr session or longer depending on their height/weight & session goals. If you know you want a comprehensive 4-sided structural massage, please schedule a 90-105-minute appointment. If you are over 6'1" tall or 225 lbs, I recommend an appointment of 105-120 minutes. If you are any size without a significant injury or a crazy amount of tension, a 75-minute appointment will work.

Lastly, if the idea of laying on your sides or receiving abdominal work does not appeal to you, don't worry - we can take a more standard massage approach & I will work to ensure you walk out feeling amazing having received just the approach to bodywork that makes you comfortable! While my sessions are not spa-massages, I do utilize hot towels & a little bit of sound healing in every session because it is so nourishing to the nervous system & feels so good!


Visceral Deep Listening Session
75 minutes (1.25-hour) $150

This neurologically-organizing session utilizes a Visceral Manipulation & Osteopathic style assessment & treatment approach. Starting with light gentle touch on the head while you are standing fully clothed, your own body's motion guides this fully-clothed session. Your standing body's motion will direct me to primary restrictions that I will treat with you on the table in the sequential order that your body directs.

These treatments are generally gentle (occasionally they can be deep) depending on the tissue that is calling out for the work - dural, skin, subcutaneous, bone, ligament, vascular & organ tissue all ask for treatment at different levels of conscious depth. These primary restrictions can be small & subtle or they can be decades old & something you've tolerated living with. When the body is in charge & listened to -- incredible unwindings & healing happens.

A typical Viceral Deep Listening Session will involve 4-6 standing motion assessments with time on & off the table re-checking range of motion & noticing the changes that occur between each gentle treatment. If you are seeking support for acute or chronic pain, mystery illness, gastrointestinal issues, or you have a complex injury & pain history & deep tissue/structural work is not for you, I highly encourage you to try a 75-minute Visceral Deep Listening Session -- this is advanced work & there are not many of us who do it.

For clients with multiple autoimmune, hypermobility and/or fibromyalgia situations/symptoms, it's important that we speak beforehand to make sure I am a good match for your sensitive system. Sometimes toxic load, viruses & parasites have a causal relationship to these diagnoses & I'd like to know if you are knowlegeable about such things or are working with a practitioner who is addressing your symptoms on that level.


Acute Injury / Treatment Session
55-minutes $120
If you have one or two specific acute injuries or an isolated situation or two going on that you want my help with -- I offer a 55-minute treatment session for $120. Depending on injury location you may keep some or most of your clothes on & be on & off the table a couple times doing range of motion/movement so I can assess & stack the progress we make in your treatment. I may combine CranialSacral, Visceral, Structural Integration & Deep Tissue work, depending on what your body is telling me. This session is for therapeutic treatment & will be specific.
​It is Not full-body massage.

SOMA 10-Series Package
The cost of the SOMA 10-Session Series is $1,800.
Each session takes approximately 90-110 minutes, depending on the session. Session 1 is a 2.5-hr session with comprehensive intake, optional before & after photos & personal questionnaire with a 10-Series Client Notebook or Journeybook. Every session includes assessment & somatic awareness building practices to support alignment, postural & suspensory changes.

You must purchase the SOMA 10-Session Series as a package & you may pay the total cost either all at once ($1,800), or in two ($900) or three ($600) installments.
